The Assistant range of software for the management of Fine Art Collection inventory. The range provides management and control of a database together with is images, the relevant parts of which can then be uploaded to the Internet. The Collection Viewer gives web access to "public" parts of the inventory.

• Collection Management Assistant is a Curator or Registrar's management tool. Multiple ownership and parts of an Inventory item are catered for. Loans and Movements are tracked and sub-sections Condition, Financial and Provenance are held.
• Inventory Management Assistant is a Fine Art Storer's management tool. Items are held within individual accounts, tracked in and out and space rental invoices created.
• Auction Assistant holds vendors, their lots put up for sale and purchasers. Invoicing system issues invoices and takes in payments.
• Conservation Management Assistant is Restorer's management tool. Inventory items are held within an individual account and restoration priorities set.
