A software application and database designed specially for art inventory storage management and invoicing.   The software consists of a multi-tiered structure along the lines of an account, the inventory item and parts of that item (see and expand frame at right).
The data is held in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle for secure environments or JET (Microsoft Access) for small inventories.

• Account Page - shows details of legal ownership - Trust etc, storage rates, total cubic metres, the inventory items owned and their relevant parts (see and expand frame at right).
• Inventory Page - details of inventory item and parts of that item, its location together with image.
• Stock Movements.
• Extra Customs Control Module (optional).
• Digital Image capture - from camera or scanner, sizing and rotation.
• Invoicing section - monthly run to produce account invoices.
